Advance Registration for the 2016 conference is CLOSED. A limited number of at-the-door registrations will be available for $175 each, check or credit card only.

Refund Policy (for 2016 conference)

• Cancellations in writing up to 14 days prior to the conference can receive a partial refund (registration fee minus $25.00).
• If you cancel within 14 days of the conference, no refund is given but you will receive a coupon for the following year’s conference for $75. This includes illness, doulas, etc.
• Substitutions are okay. Please let our registrar know in writing prior to the conference.
• No refund for no-shows. All day-of cancellations must be emailed to registrar by 7:00am on the day of the conference.
  
• In the very unlikely event that the conference is cancelled for any reason, attendees will be notified by email at the soonest possible time.
